Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: May 11, 2026
This page explains how DR Flow users can request deletion of account data, workspace data, and connected Meta data. It is intended to support Meta App Review and users who connected DR Flow to Meta.
How To Request Deletion
- Contact the support contact associated with your DR Flow workspace or the App Contact Email listed for DR Flow in the Meta App Dashboard.
- Use the subject line: DR Flow Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, DR Flow account email, organization/workspace name if known, and whether you want account deletion, connected Meta data deletion, or both.
- DR Flow will verify the request before deleting or de-identifying applicable data.
- After verification, DR Flow will delete or de-identify applicable data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or contractual reasons.
Meta Access Revocation
Users can revoke DR Flow's Meta access from their Meta account settings at any time. Revoking access stops future Meta syncing, but users should still submit a deletion request if they want previously synced DR Flow data deleted.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the verified request, deletion may include:
- DR Flow account profile information.
- Organization membership records associated with the user.
- Connected Meta provider credentials.
- Synced Meta inventory and reporting data associated with the requesting organization, subject to authorization and retention requirements.
- Workspace data that the requester is authorized to delete.
Retention Exceptions
Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, financial records, audit history, dispute resolution, or service integrity. Retained records will be limited to the purpose that requires retention.
