DR Flow Legal

Refund Policy

Effective date: June 14, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid DR Flow subscriptions and related services. DR Flow is a business SaaS platform operated by Roy Group Flow. Paid checkout and payment processing may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

Subscription Commitment

DR Flow subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or annual billing period. By purchasing a paid subscription, you receive access to the subscribed plan for that billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except as described in this policy or where required by law.

No Refunds for Unused Time

We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, unused features, unused storage, failure to use the service, downgrades after renewal, or cancellation after a billing period has started. If you cancel, the subscription normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds We May Approve

We may approve a refund only when a billing issue or legal requirement justifies it. Eligible cases may include:

  • a duplicate charge for the same account and billing period;
  • an incorrect charge caused by a DR Flow or payment-provider error;
  • an unauthorized or unintended charge that is verified as a billing error;
  • a material service delivery failure caused by DR Flow that prevents access to the paid service and cannot reasonably be corrected;
  • a refund that is required by applicable law or by Paddle's buyer terms.

Cases That Are Not Eligible

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of expected business results, dissatisfaction after using the service, failure to cancel before renewal, accidental plan selection after checkout confirmation, account inactivity, or removal of users, files, or organizations after a charge has already been completed.

How to Request a Refund Review

Contact DR Flow support or Paddle support with the billing account email, transaction date, plan purchased, and a short explanation of the billing issue. We may request additional information to verify the charge and determine whether it qualifies under this policy.

Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the charge. Delayed requests may be harder to verify and may be denied unless law requires otherwise.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Refunded subscriptions, plan changes, or billing periods may be cancelled, downgraded, or adjusted, and related access or account limits may be updated accordingly.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can review the billing issue. We may suspend or restrict access while a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud review, or failed payment is pending.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If Paddle is the merchant of record for a transaction, Paddle's buyer terms and legal obligations may also apply.
