Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DR Flow, a direct-response operations platform operated by Roy Group. By using DR Flow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use of DR Flow

DR Flow is provided for business operations, creative workflow, deployment tracking, platform-resource governance, task coordination, and advertising performance reporting. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DR Flow, your connected accounts, and your advertising activity comply with applicable laws, platform terms, and internal policies.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must only invite users, create organizations, upload assets, or connect external accounts that you are authorized to manage.

Connected Platforms

When you connect Meta or another platform, you authorize DR Flow to access the data you approve for the purposes described in the product workflow and Privacy Policy. You must only connect Meta businesses, ad accounts, Pages, Instagram business accounts, or other platform assets that you are authorized to access.

The current Meta integration is read-only for reporting and inventory workflows. DR Flow does not create, edit, pause, publish, or delete Meta ads in the current Meta integration.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DR Flow to:

  • violate laws, platform terms, or third-party rights;
  • access accounts, organizations, or data without authorization;
  • upload malicious content or interfere with service security;
  • misuse connected-platform APIs or credentials;
  • bypass role, organization, permission, billing, or security controls;
  • submit misleading, unlawful, or harmful operational content.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit to DR Flow. You grant DR Flow the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and operate the service for your organization.

Availability and Changes

DR Flow may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, compliance, or product development. We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version.

Disclaimers

DR Flow is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that reporting data from connected platforms will always be complete, current, or error-free. Connected-platform data depends on the availability, permissions, and accuracy of the relevant third-party platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DR Flow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if use of DR Flow violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens service integrity. Users may request deletion of applicable data through our Data Deletion Instructions.
